- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- Please walk your dog in the neighbourhood for bathroom needs

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire Main Floor & Basement Residence during their stay. This includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the full kitchen, kitchenette, living and dining areas, dedicated office loft, laundry room, and all interior spaces associated with the residence.

Guests will also have access to the shared front and side yard outdoor areas. These outdoor spaces may be enjoyed by guests staying in the upper residence, but all indoor living spaces remain completely private and exclusively yours throughout your stay.
